Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Plant Quality Technician to uphold food safety and quality throughout the production facility. You will calibrate lab and line equipment, collect samples, and perform testing to ensure products meet specifications.

The role supports HACCP, safety initiatives and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment. The position requires a high school diploma (associate preferred), English proficiency, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a rotating 12-hour shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in field or manufacturing environment is optional.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and quality parameters are maintained across the facility.
• Calibrate lab and line equipment for accuracy.
• Collect in-process and finished product samples.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing to meet specifications.
• Perform aseptic testing for microbial contamination.
• Document testing results per protocols.
• Identify and isolate non-conforming product.
• Support HACCP and safety initiatives.
• Review quality records and participate in plant teams.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
