Your Talent Team is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the Roanoke area, VA, to lead QA on the production floor and in the laboratory during the night shift. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee QA programs, and coach a team to ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an associate degree and 1–3 years of manufacturing QA experience, plus familiarity with lab equipment and SAP/Kronos. Overnight hours with potential extra coverage are possible.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or comparable education in biology, chemistry, food science, health sciences, or related field.
• 1–3 years of QA/manufacturing experience in a beverage or food environment.
• Experience with laboratory testing and equipment in production settings.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to coach and develop a team.
• Ability to manage competing priorities on a fast-paced production floor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead QA personnel on the production floor and in the laboratory.
• Develop team members through coaching, training, and feedback.
• Address quality concerns with Production and other departments to maintain safety standards.
• Oversee QA programs, documentation, audits, and training.
• Review lab results, investigate outliers, and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare for internal and external audits and assist with corrective actions.
