Job summary

Admiral Security Services is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the after-hours QA program within the Support Services Department. The role oversees inspections, audits, and field assessments to ensure policy compliance, client requirements, and training standards.

You will develop corrective actions, drive quality improvements, and act as a liaison across Security Officers, Site Supervisors, Operations, HR, and Support Services.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Effective written and oral communication with security officers, site managers, and senior leaders.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work night and weekend hours as required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections after hours to ensure policy compliance and document findings.
• Perform full site audits of accounts or portfolios including training, licensing, timekeeping, and contractual deliverables.
• Assist with penetration testing and job startups when required.
• Stand post for open posts and provide after-hours leadership as needed.
• Respond to site emergencies and provide management support as directed.
• Potentially be assigned to accounts or special projects based on company needs.
