Job summary

St. Paul’s Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate QMA to join our dedicated healthcare team on the night shift. You will administer medications, monitor residents, assist with ADLs, and document care accurately to ensure resident safety.

We value empathy, meticulous record-keeping, and teamwork. Indiana QMA certification is required; experience in long-term care is preferred. Join us to provide safe, person-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current QMA certification in Indiana is required.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration practices, resident care standards, and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following state regulations.
• Monitor residents for health changes and report to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and care activities.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
