Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced Quality Control supervisor for a designated distribution center. The role oversees QC personnel and activities during the 5:30pm–5:30am shift, including inspection, disposition, and release of product, while ensuring compliance with FDA QSR and ISO-13485 guidelines.

The candidate will manage performance reviews, overtime scheduling, and training, and will work with branch management to maintain strong communications and proper staffing.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years QC or similar experience.
• Experience in medical device and/or drug manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of FDA/ QSR/ ISO-13485 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QC functions and personnel at designated distribution center.
• Inspect, disposition, hold, and release product.
• Manage performance, attendance, and monthly bonus for direct reports.
• Train inspectors on QSR and regulatory rules.
• Support compliance with applicable regulations.
• Lead day-to-day activities and provide guidance to staff.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
