Job summary

Celgard, LLC seeks a QC Lab Tech in Charlotte, NC to join the Quality team. You will perform physical and chemical QC tests, maintain equipment calibration, and prepare data certificates for product shipments.

You will support the lab and manufacturing areas with quality testing and documentation, aligning processes to automotive requirements, while contributing to ISO-related quality activities. The role operates on a 12-hour night shift (6:00pm–6:00am) on a 2-2-3 schedule, reporting to the

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on laboratory experience or equivalent related Celgard operations experience
• Quality control lab testing experience for release of products preferred
• Experience documenting test observations and data clearly and accurately

Responsibilities

• Perform standard QC tests including physical and chemical testing
• Maintain calibration status of equipment and ensure traceability of data
• Prepare data certificates for shipments and manage QC documents
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams; participate in meetings
• Maintain a clean, safe lab environment and follow 5S and safety procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using KPI data
