Job summary

Celgard, LLC is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Tech - Night Shift in Concord, NC. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and involves operating multiple machines on a 12‑hour night schedule (5:50pm–6:00am, 2‑2‑3).

Starting pay is $18.50/hour with a $1.20 shift premium; overtime is time and a half, and a $1,000 sign‑on bonus is offered with staged payouts. Requirements include a High School diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar environment required.
• Good attendance and safety records.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and set-up / operate multiple machines.
• Computer skills and the ability to learn different software programs and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of industrial film manufacturing and processing equipment including: Extruders, Laminators, Ovens, Deplyers, Slitters, Coaters, Mixers, and Core Slabber.
• Prepare chemical solutions and monitor chemical processes; test quality to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot production problems or malfunctioning instruments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; follow facility standards.
• Maintain records and interface with multiple computer software programs for material transactions and process control.
