B. Braun US Device Manufacturing LLC in Allentown, PA is seeking a QC Inspector II for the 12-hour night shift (Green Team) to support quality operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will perform inspections, audits, testing, and documentation to ensure products meet regulatory, customer, and company quality standards, with a focus on identifying non-conformances and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Inspection, or related field.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow procedures and work instructions.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both manufacturing and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, testing, and sampling of raw materials, components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Verify products meet established quality specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Document inspection and testing results accurately and maintain quality records.
• Review batch records and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Identify, segregate, and support disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Coordinate calibration activities for inspection and testing equipment.
• Assist with creating and updating inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality and compliance.
