Job summary

Greiner Bio-One in Monroe, NC is seeking an IPQ Team Inspector I for the night shift. The role monitors and inspects products during manufacturing under guidance from senior staff, ensuring adherence to GMP and quality policies.

The position includes onboarding and qualification in injection molding for pre-analytic components, with a 2-2-3 twelve-hour shift schedule. The candidate will document inspection results, support ERP transactions in SAP, and escalate non-conformances as needed while

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred in science or life sciences.
Experience in ISO 9001/13485 or similar regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
0–1 year direct quality control experience.
Basic lab equipment usage and data processing.
Basic MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and inspect product during manufacturing to ensure GMP compliance.
Perform IPQ inspections using sampling, visual, dimensional, and functional tests.
Coordinate IPQ inspections and release for injection molding pre-analytic components.
Support documentation of inspection records and ERP transactions (SAP).
Identify non-conformances and escalate as needed.
Maintain testing stations and work areas for readiness and hygiene.
Perform periodic cycle counting and stock requests for IPQ supplies.
