Job summary

• 2+ years of food manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Enforce HACCP, SQF, GMPs and company policies on the production floor.
• Perform routine tests on environment, equipment, raw materials and finished products.
• Complete daily documentation and data entry; report quality issues.
• Assist with audits and maintain records for traceability.
• Monitor production lines and sanitation procedures to prevent defects.
