Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enforce food safety and quality systems (HACCP, SQF, GMPs) in a manufacturing facility.
• Perform routine tests on environment, processing equipment, and finished products.
• Complete daily documentation and data entry; report quality issues.
• Assist with audits and maintain traceability records.
• Monitor HACCP critical control points and calibrate equipment.
• Support GMP standards and participate in training.
