Responsibilities

• Approve and sign off on all shipments prior to shipment.
• Analyze and maintain records on incoming grain, in-process product, and finished product.
• Report QA issues to management and operators to ensure production is correct and product meets specifications for safe quality product.
• Perform moisture analysis, bulk density, absorbtion, granulation analysis, enzyme level determination, and foreign material counts.
