Job summary

Natural Factors in Washington state is hiring a Quality Assurance Inspector for the night shift. You will inspect products, labels, and packaging to ensure quality standards, create Certificates of Manufacture, and perform daily GMP inspections and reports.

You'll monitor daily output, assist the QA Supervisor and Manager with non-conformance investigations, and track environmental conditions. Training runs Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm, then Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am with shift differential and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Effective communication in English, both written and verbal
• Physically able to perform duties including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/natural health/food product manufacturing (asset)
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma (asset)
• Experience with Syspro, WMS, and QMS software (asset)

Responsibilities

• Inspect products, labels, and packaging to ensure quality standards
• Create Certificates of Manufacture
• Complete daily GMP inspections and reports
• Track daily output and SOPs
• Assist QA Supervisor and Manager with investigation of Non-Conformance Reports and Complaints
• Monitor environmental temperature and humidity
• After training period, work Sundays to Thursdays 10:00pm–6:30am
• During training period, schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm
