Job summary

Novolex is hiring a Pulp Forming Machine Operator in Burley, ID, for a 7:00pm–7:00am 12-hour shift. The role focuses on producing molded fiber food service containers via pulp thermoformers, with quality testing and process adjustments to ensure output meets standards.

Eligible for a quarterly bonus based on plant productivity. Compensation starts at $20.07 per hour with weekly pay, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in manufacturing.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Work with little to no supervision.
• Lift and carry products weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate pulp thermoforming equipment and troubleshoot the pulping process to meet quality and production targets.
• Perform quality tests and report defects, issues, or mechanical problems to supervision.
• Monitor up to four pulp thermoforming machines and adjust parameters to maintain product quality.
• Collect data, prepare and maintain reports; ensure GMP compliance and clean work area.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and follow all safety programs and procedures.
