Job summary

Novolex is hiring a Feeder Packer for the Mt. Vernon, OH facility. This fast-paced role involves preparing materials for processing, feeding machinery, inspecting finished products, and packing for shipment.

The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to work the 7:00pm–7:00am, 2-2-3 night schedule. Starting pay is $21.24/hour plus a $0.75/hour shift differential, with full benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing

Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack products per customer specifications using safe practices.
• Identify and report quality deviations; assist with resolutions.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately and read production orders.
• Assist with setup or changeovers as directed by the operator.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Support safety programs and teamwork; lift up to 50 pounds.
