Novolex is seeking a Machine Operator for 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM–6:30 AM). Starting wage is $25.94 per hour, paid weekly, with shift differential and opportunities for wage increases.

Training provided to operate and adjust packaging machinery, ensuring safety and SPC-compliant quality. You will collaborate with process technicians, perform measurements, document downtimes, and contribute to continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Willingness to learn and operate manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean and friendly work environment.
• Perform quality measurements following SPC guidelines.
• Interpret data and make necessary machine adjustments within process control limits.
• Operate and adjust machines and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
