Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience in psychiatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process from assessment to evaluation to develop an individualized plan of care.
• Identify risk levels and discharge planning tailored to the client.
• Provide psychiatric nursing interventions and education on medications.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records per policy and guidelines.
• Communicate client needs and progress to the care team to ensure continuity.
• Float among clinical services as needed and support staff as required.
