Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.

• Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• One year inpatient hospital experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care.
• Administers medications safely and educates patients about them.
• Documents care, progress, and responses accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborates with staff, delegates duties, and ensures continuity of care.
• Float among clinical services and perform additional duties as assigned.
