Qualifications

• Florida State Board of Nursing RN licensure required.
• 0-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a behavioral health or psychiatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing appropriate interventions and support.
