Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state; BLS required, ACLS acceptable if in lieu of BLS.
• 1 year of professional experience in nursing, Behavioral Health preferred.
• EPIC Electronic Health Record training preferred; De-Escalation Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to the care plan, monitor progress, and document changes.
• Assess and document patient conditions; respond to changes in status.
• Administer medications, insulin, and IV/fluids; ensure accurate documentation.
• Inspect wounds, manage dressings, assist with personal care.
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and other health professionals to achieve outcomes.
