Job summary

Temple Health's Episcopal Campus is seeking an RN for Staff Psych on a 36-hour night flex schedule (7pm–7:30am). You will assess, implement, and evaluate care under physician direction and collaborate with the care team to tailor patient plans.

The role requires PA RN license and BLS; 1 year of clinical specialty experience is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. This full-time position anchors behavioral health services within a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• PA Registered Nurse license required; Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Multi-State Compact RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under physician direction.
• Collaborate with patient, family, and health care team to individualize patient care.
• Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to standards and policies.
