Job summary

Temple University Health System's Episcopal Campus seeks an RN – Staff in the Emergency Department for a 36-hour Night Flex schedule (7pm–7:30am). The role requires vigilant patient assessment, care implementation, and evaluation with the nursing process, under physician direction.

Collaboration with families and health-care teams is essential. Eligible candidates will have graduated from an accredited school of nursing, PA RN license, BLS, and may hold a Multi-State compact license.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, implements, and evaluates care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician.
• Directs nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to standards of nursing practice.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and the health care team to individualize patient care.
