Universal Health Services' El Paso Behavioral Health System in Texas is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and coordinate all nursing personnel. Under the Chief Nursing Officer, you will ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to the Texas Nurse Practice Act.

The role requires 2–4 years in psychiatric nursing with Charge Nurse or supervisory experience, a Texas nursing license, and current CPR.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 2–4 years of psychiatric nursing experience.
• Charge Nurse or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing personnel and shift coverage.
• Ensure quality patient care in line with the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
• Develop, coordinate and implement clinical activities and staff development.
• Lead unit goals and Standards of Performance.
