Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a powder production operator for 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm). Qualifications

• Must have ability to read, understand, and follow complex work instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong mathematical skills for batch calculations across units of measure.
• Experience operating plant equipment and industrial vehicles is preferred.
• Must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 44 lbs.
• Ability to wear respirator and safety gear as required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow PMIs, JSAs, and production schedules to execute daily tasks safely and efficiently.
• Support and participate in safety initiatives and policies as needed.
• Follow step-by-step instructions and balance multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Perform batch chemistry math and unit conversions accurately.
• Operate and maintain large-scale powder production equipment and related machinery.
• Complete minor to moderate machine adjustments and maintenance as needed.
