Job summary

CBN Secure Technologies Inc. in Danville, VA is seeking a Production Technician for the Plant Operations group, operating laser engravers and automated inspection systems to produce secure polycarbonate documents such as Virginia's DL/ID cards.

This permanent, full-time, on-site role offers a night shift from 7 pm to 7 am (2-on, 2-off, 3-on, 3-off) with a pay rate of $25.50/hr plus $1.50/hr night shift premium.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the USA.
• Fluency in English (speak, read, write).
• Able to work all shifts and overtime as necessary.
• Able to stand/walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to pass CBN STI background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser engraving and vision systems (configure, calibrate, optimize).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues; perform maintenance per PM schedules.
• Document and communicate all adjustments to production systems.
• Identify improvements to enhance efficiency or quality.
• Perform various other duties as required.
