Qualifications

• 1 year experience with high-speed production machinery preferred.
• 1 year experience monitoring product quality preferred.
• Ability to learn processing and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.
• Support quality systems and policies (QDS, Safe Quality Food, GMP, HACCP).
• Engage in resolving production issues, develop standard work, and track data.
• Participate in Kaizen and lean daily management processes.
• Contribute ideas for productivity and continuous improvement.
