Job summary
Novo Nordisk, located in Bloomington, Indiana, is seeking a Production Technician to provide direct technical support to operations, assisting with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on a 2/2/3 6PM–6:30AM rotating shift. Responsibilities include training staff, creating GMP documentation, and coordinating with multiple departments to keep production systems safe and compliant.
Candidates should have a high school diploma with relevant experience, and an optional
Qualifications
- High school diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Technical or Associate degree in maintenance related field preferred.
- Must be able to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirements.
- Reading and following work instructions with accuracy.
- Ability to use hand and power tools and to perform basic troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical support to operations related to equipment on a cGMP site.
- Train and assess equipment operation, setup, changeover, and troubleshooting.
- Create and revise GMP documentation related to equipment activities.
- Assist with maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance.
