Job summary

Novo Nordisk is hiring a Technician III, Engineering Process at our Bloomington, Indiana site. Primary duties include direct technical support to operations with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination across multiple departments to ensure safe, quality operations.

The role involves training, implementing solutions, and updating GMP-related equipment activities, with a rotating 2/2/3 shift (6PM–6:30AM). Reports to the Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and five years of relevant experience
• Associate degree in maintenance-related field preferred
• Advanced electrical and mechanical skills and education

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment operation, setup, changeover, and troubleshooting
• Provide training and assessment support for equipment operation
• Support or own work orders and preventative maintenance
• Document work performed and ensure required documentation
• Follow safety and environmental requirements in performance of duties
