Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Technician III, Engineering Process at our Bloomington, IN site to provide direct technical support for plant equipment and production systems. The role focuses on safe, quality-oriented operation, training, changeovers, and problem resolution.

The position requires collaboration across functions, adherence to GMP standards, and participation in maintenance planning. 2/2/3 shift with 6 PM–6:30 AM schedule is described.

Qualifications

High school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Associate degree in maintenance preferred.
Read/understand English-written instructions and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Support equipment operation and maintenance in a cGMP environment.
Assist with setup, changeover, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
Develop and revise maintenance and calibration procedures.
Contribute to on-call and preventive maintenance activities.
Document work performed with required records.
