Job summary

Novo Nordisk in New Hampshire’s West Lebanon site is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage routine maintenance and troubleshooting of process equipment and utilities. You will work on HVAC, boilers, chillers, and related systems during the night shift, with training during day hours initially.

Preferred candidates have GMP/cleanroom experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to read drawings. This role requires adherence to healthcare laws and Novo Nordisk Way commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in equipment operation and maintenance, facilities systems preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read drawings.
• Experience with hand tools and safe work practices.
• Ability to work night shift in GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
• Respond to alarm conditions and troubleshoot.
• Repair and CM of manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain building automation and systems knowledge.
• Coordinate with engineering and production to schedule work.
• Complete PM work orders in CMMS.
• Work in sterile cleanroom with PPE.
• Train junior personnel.
• Perform duties ethically and per healthcare regulations.
• Align with Novo Nordisk Way and Essentials.
