Job summary

You will follow production orders and work instructions, perform basic maintenance, monitor quality, and keep accurate records. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to handle

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety, distribution and manufacturing best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with basic hand tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Follow production orders and work instructions.
• Perform routine preventative machine maintenance.
• Set up machines and feed stock; adjust controls.
• Monitor production to meet specifications.
• Maintain efficiency, minimize scrap.
• Perform start-up and quality testing.
• Repair insulation as needed.
• Ensure safe machine operation.
• Maintain production records.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain housekeeping across the facility.
