Rea Magnet Wire in Ashland, VA is seeking a production operator to manage the aluminum polymer coated magnet wire manufacturing process. You will perform staging, setup, testing, packaging, and documentation while ensuring equipment integrity and safety during 12-hour shifts.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently in a manufacturing setting. Forklift certification is a plus.
