Rea Magnet Wire in Guilford, CT, seeks a Production Operator to run Aluminum Polymer Coated Magnet Wire production lines, manage staging, setup, testing and packaging, and uphold safety and ISO procedures. Minimum 2 years of manufacturing and machine operator experience required, along with a high school diploma or GED and solid mechanical aptitude with basic hand tools.

New start pay is $25.00/hour with $26.00/hour at 90 days and $26.75/hour at 1 year; 2nd shift 3:30 PM–11:30 PM with overtime

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years manufacturing experience.
• At least 2 years machine operator experience.
• Knowledge of safety and manufacturing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Produce Aluminum Polymer Coated Magnet Wire.
• Follow safety and ISO procedures.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Train and support new employees until qualified.
