Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required;
• Ability to lift 50-65 pounds on a frequent basis;
• Must be able to work all shifts, weekends and overtime, as needed;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all food and personal safety rules and regulations (GMPs, OSHA, HACCP, FSIS);
• Operate machinery on a production line including high speed packaging equipment;
• Perform required checks (visual, size, weight);
• Communicate deviations from standards to Team Leader;
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area;
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities;
