Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate and work with the processing lead and other processing department employees to maximize productivity.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules per GMPs, OSHA, HACCP, and food safety guidelines and maintain an audit-ready condition.
• Prepare and supply premix or hand weighed ingredients for production in accordance with standards.
• Meet and/or exceed processing standards set by the company.
• Work across building 1 processing, building 2 processing and print weigh areas.
• Maintain and document food safety paperwork.
• Keep the work environment clean and safe for audit readiness.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervision immediately.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
