Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct health and safety risk analyses and define controls to conduct work safely.
• Identify gaps in safety, quality, and production processes and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate daily production targets and exceptions to the production team.
• Assign team members and adjust workflow based on team size and priorities.
• Provide leadership and direction for continuous improvement activities.
• Engage team members and develop best practices within areas of responsibility.
• Support team members’ training.
