Qualifications

• Bachelors in a technical field (Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing)
• 5+ years in process engineering, manufacturing, or production operations
• Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, validation, and problem-solving methods
• Experience leading Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, quality, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to drive operational excellence.
• Lead and support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs and production data to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Support process validation and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in equipment installation, technology upgrades, and startup projects.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production and engineering teams.
• Support new product introductions with robust, scalable processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
