Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc in Jefferson City, Missouri, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams, driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced facility. Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred; strong leadership and communication skills

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
2+ years manufacturing experience preferred
Experience in industrial manufacturing environments
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
Ability to work across shifts including weekends as needed
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
