Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• This position entails access to export-controlled items; eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work activities to meet customer delivery schedules under supervision.
• Meet daily production goals in quantity and quality, following TPM and standardized processes.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with team members and internal/external customers.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards; follow 5S and company safety guidelines.
• Schedule assignments, coordinate with Shared Resources, Central Stores, Tool Room, and Maintenance.
• Train operators using one-on-one methods or other techniques.
• Identify training needs and communicate to supervisor.
