Job summary

Wyld, based in the Pacific Northwest, seeks a Production Support team member for its Oregon facility. You will help ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing by preparing and logging ingredients, rotating stations, and performing continuous QA/QC while upholding sanitation and safety standards.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly in a team environment are essential. The role may also support packaging and other duties as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of food production or kitchen experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must obtain all state-required permits, licenses, certifications.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Willing to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Night shift schedule 2pm-11pm for training.
• Prepare and log ingredients, rotate stations, and operate all production equipment.
• Adhere to state guidelines for storage and handling of all products.
• Maintain high QA/QC standards and minimize waste.
• Communicate effectively with team; work well under pressure.
• May assist with packaging duties as required; maintain a clean, safe kitchen.
