Hubbell Incorporated in Iron Mountain, Michigan is seeking a Production Supervisor (B-Shift) to lead a team of 20–30 unionized production employees in a fast-paced environment, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement. The role is onsite with Monday-Thursday, 7:30 p.m.

to 6 a.m. You will coach staff, enforce safety protocols, participate in Rapid Improvement Events, and coordinate staffing and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a unionized manufacturing environment with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 20–30 IBEW employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality systems.
• Lead daily crew meetings and provide safety and quality training.
• Assist with staffing, including interviewing and training of new employees.
• Verify accuracy of production transactions daily.
• Approve and edit attendance records.
• Support IBEW contract adherence and company values.
• Drive Lean initiatives through 5-S and continuous improvement.
