Job summary

GardenCore seeks a Production Supervisor for the overnight 3rd shift (Sundays–Thursdays, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) to lead a busy lawn and garden manufacturing facility. You will monitor key metrics, safety, production flow, and material costs while directing staff to ensure product quality and consistency with a safety-first culture.

You will oversee operations, staff performance, scheduling, and daily activities to maintain quality, efficiency, and cost controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to train employees: planning, assigning and directing work.
• Strong multi-tasking, analytical and communication skills are required.
• Mechanical knowledge of machines, equipment and tools including design, use, repair and maintenance.
• Minimum manufacturing experience of 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Implement process improvements to ensure continuous, safe and profitable operations.
• Manage inventory, labor, production efficiency and cost controls.
• Provide leadership, assess performance, schedule and direct all operations.
• Ensure workplace safety per company standards and safety programs.
