Job summary

CandyCo in Utah is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct daily production activities, supervise Leads and their teams, and ensure GMP compliance for all orders. The role emphasizes safety culture, training, and coordination with QA and Warehouse to meet schedules.

The candidate should have 2+ years in a lead role, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, ROSS, or PLEX. Evening shift available with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a lead position directing Production activities.
• Strong, positive leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual preferred (English, Spanish).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily activities of Production leads and their teams.
• Prioritize employee safety and foster a safer work environment.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safe production of scheduled orders.
• Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Logistics to execute planned programs.
• Train and supervise Production staff and monitor performance.
