The wage starts at $16.00 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential. Candidates should be safety-focused, adaptable, and able to learn tasks quickly within a GMP-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions from Line Leads, Supervisors, and Shift Managers
• Strong attention to detail in labeling, lot codes, and product quality checks
• Good personal hygiene and adherence to GMPs
• Ability to work effectively alone or as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for quality and defects on assigned lines
• Load products onto conveyors, hoppers, melters, or other production equipment
• Hand-pack finished products into trays, cartons, or boxes as required
• Stack finished cases onto pallets following simple patterns
• Assist with material movement and replenishing line supplies
• Rotate to different lines or workstations as needed, including covering lunches and breaks
