Job summary

Fortis Solutions Group in West Chester, OH, is seeking a night shift supervisor to support high quality print production and service excellence across the manufacturing team.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years’ supervisory experience in press operations within printing, packaging, or converting, and experience with flexographic printing. The role is salaried with full benefits and will work Monday through Friday from 4:00pm to 1:00am.

Qualifications

• High School (or GED) required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in press operations in printing/packaging.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and verify product quality on orders and sign off on paperwork.
• Control manpower, waste, overtime, and production efficiencies.
• Troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime and improve yields.
• Provide training and development to team members.
