Job summary

Premier Packaging is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor for the Thomson, GA facility. You will lead 10–20 hourly staff on a 3rd shift, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time deliveries while optimizing productivity and labor utilization.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, strong interpersonal and mathematical skills, and familiarity with ASI software and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 10 to 20 hourly employees.
• Oversee the operations of converting machines.
• Coach, mentor and train employees; complete performance evaluations.
• Enforce safety; conduct accident investigations and reports.
• Monitor supplies and housekeeping; ensure resupplies.
• Maintain productivity; reduce waste and overtime; ensure on-time deliveries.
• Utilize ASI software and MS Excel; handle payroll reporting.
