Qualifications

• 3 years supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Previous experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methods preferred.
• Work a 12-hour night shift on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Drive production efficiency while controlling labor costs.
• Identify and resolve mechanical and operational downtime issues.
• Train, coach, mentor, and develop employees.
