Qualifications

• About 1 year of equipment or machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience using measuring devices and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Loom/Printer and adjust to maintain quality.
• Maintain tape line per Quality Manual and ensure tolerances.
• Perform line changes, setup and changeover activities.
• Document dimensions and alert lead/supervisor to changes.
• Load and manage raw materials on reels and understand yarn types.
• Participate in safety and continuous improvement activities.
