OmniMax is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Taylor, Michigan facility. Lead manufacturing activities, coordinate material flow and staffing for shifts, and drive safety and efficiency.

You will partner with Plant Manager to meet KPIs, implement Lean/6Sigma improvements, and ensure on-time delivery of quality products. A four-year degree and GMP-style responsibility are preferred, with strong ERP and MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of production supervision/management experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Experience with discrete manufacturing such as press equipment and metal stamping production processes.
• 1+ years of Continuous Improvement or Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Ability to operate with high urgency and initiative, with strong coordination and communication.
• Four-year bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, business, or related field preferred.
• ERP experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish partnership with Plant Manager to support operational objectives and KPIs.
• Implement safety program to achieve accident-free performance.
• Manage material flow and production for a shift safely and efficiently.
• Recommend hiring, termination, discipline, promotion within span of control.
• Resolve worker issues or grievances with management escalation as needed.
• Communicate goals to employees and coordinate production schedules.
• Plan operations and sequencing to meet product specs and delivery dates.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure quality and on-time output.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across operations.
• Develop cross-functional relationships across maintenance, warehouse, sales, finance.
• Analyze production data to develop solutions for operational issues.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Enforce all company policies including safety, housekeeping, and attendance.
• Provide leadership on-site and support training as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
