Job summary

Intuitive in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking a night-shift production supervisor to lead the manufacturing team toward defined performance goals, including efficiency, FPY, scrap, and downtime reduction.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with Engineering, enforce safety, and drive Lean initiatives to improve quality and productivity while ensuring adherence to procedures and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production personnel to follow procedures, meet quality standards and schedules
• Redline and keep manufacturing process instructions up to date
• Address line support and technical issues as they arise
• Work with Engineering to resolve production issues and drive quality improvements
• Document and report variances, problems and concerns
• Plan, supervise, drive improvement and report production performance, including output and yields
• Assist in setting quarterly and annual production goals
• Enforce company safety policies and practices
• Lead or support Lean Manufacturing initiatives within a manufacturing team
• Support sub-assembly or process outsourcing initiatives
• Review/approve ECOs for manufacturing impact and disposition discrepant material
